1. General Policy Overview
At Niazirug, we provide professional services including Amazon Brand Management, Business Consultancy, Travel Plan Management, Customer Support, and Virtual Assistant services. Due to the digital and time-intensive nature of these professional services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Service-Specific Refund Terms
* Consultancy & Amazon Brand Management: These services are based on professional expertise and time. Once a consultation or account audit has begun, fees are non-refundable.
* Virtual Assistant & Customer Support: These are billed as recurring retainers. You may cancel at any time with [e.g., 14 days] written notice. No refunds will be issued for unused hours within a billing cycle already paid.
* Travel Plan Management: Our fee covers the research, coordination, and itinerary creation. This planning fee is 100% non-refundable once the plan is delivered, regardless of whether the trip is later cancelled by a third-party vendor (e.g., airline or hotel).
3. Cancellation Deadlines
* One-Time Projects: Cancellations made before work starts may be eligible for a 50% refund to cover administrative and onboarding costs.
* Subscription Services: To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellations must be submitted via email to info@niazirug.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
4. Third-Party Travel Cancellations
We act solely as a planning and coordination service. We are not a travel carrier, hotel, or insurance provider. Any refunds for actual travel costs (flights, accommodation, tours) must be sought directly from the respective third-party vendor according to their own specific terms and conditions.
5. No-Show & Non-Response Policy
If a client fails to provide necessary access (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) or fails to communicate for 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered “Completed” and all fees paid will be forfeited.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method. Please note that while we initiate refunds immediately, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
