- Currency and Pricing
All service fees are quoted and billed in British Pounds (GBP/ยฃ) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices for our services (Amazon Brand Management, Customer Support, Business Consultancy, Travel Plan Management, and Virtual Assistant Services) are as stated on our website or in your specific project proposal.
2. Payment Methods
We process all payments securely via Stripe. Clients may pay using major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or other local payment methods supported by the Stripe platform.
3. Invoicing and Payment Links
* Stripe Invoices: For recurring or project-based work, you will receive an official invoice via email. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
6. Security and Data
* Stripe Payment Links: For one-time services or travel planning fees, we may provide a direct Payment Link. Payment must be completed via the link before any work commences.
4. Service Commencement
Work on your project (including Travel Planning and Amazon Management) will only begin once the initial deposit or full payment (as per your agreement) has been successfully processed and confirmed by Stripe.
5. Late Payments
Failure to pay an invoice by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of services, including Virtual Assistant support and Amazon account management. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on overdue balances.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards. By making a payment, you agree to Stripeโs Terms of Service.
